Savio Pereira
Savio Pereira has been a member of VTPL since 2014. He is pursuing his PhD degree by researching Sensor Fusion algorithms for Terrain Surface Mapping. His primary research focus is Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) techniques using a Graph Theoretic approach. He is also researching into novel methods for Outlier Removal, Registration and Feature Extraction from Terrain Point Clouds. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune in 2014.
